Our company began in 2001 as a small family business focusing on remodeling in the greater Tucson area. The company transformed from a sole proprietorship to a limited liability corporation when William Birchard III (B.J) decided to expand the business and planned for growth. Since the company shares the owner’s name, we require an extreme level of integrity, quality workmanship, efficiency, innovation and drive, just as B.J and his wife Jennifer have worked so hard to achieve over the years. B.J began his career as a vinyl siding and window installer and took an apprenticeship as a remodeling technician. Over the years he became proficient in cabinet installation, layout and design, plumbing, framing, drywall, concrete, roofing, electrical and tile installation. In 2018 B.J became a General Residential Contractor through the state of Arizona ROC 321477.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Remodeling Lead located in Tucson, AZ. The Remodeling Lead will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of remodeling projects, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget, coordinating with subcontractors and clients, reviewing blueprints and plans, and ensuring that all work meets high-quality standards and adheres to safety regulations. Additionally, the Remodeling Lead will manage and train crew members.

• Construction, Remodeling, and Carpentry skills
• Project Management, Time Management, and Organizational skills
• Excellent Leadership and Team Coordination skills
• Knowledge of Building Codes and Safety Regulations
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency with construction tools
• Knowledge of Buldertrend program is a plus
• Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure
• Previous experience in a lead or supervisory role required or a minimum of 10 years in the field
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
